American actor and musician Awkwafina began her career with hilarious hip-hop tracks that addressed sexual identity and race with a the most outrageous comedy perspective prior to broadening her reach to Hollywood. Nora Lum began her musical path as a trumpeter. Born in Forest Hills Queens, she was the daughter of Chinese immigrants and Koreans. Then, she started the classical and hip-hop genres.
